serving suggestions: 50g = 25 serves (1 tsp per serve). This is a loose leaf tea and will require an infuser. Recommended intake of 1 cup per day up to a maximum of 3 cups per day for a stronger effect. Can be consumed hot or chilled after brewing.

Great taste
The taste itself is absolutely amazing ! Does not taste “earthy” at all. I began drinking this as soon as I came home from the hospital & my milk was coming in. My baby seems to be reacting to my supply well!
